milestones

Hi ladies, just wondered what milestones your little ones reached at what age... I'm a bit clueless when it comes to what they should be doing when so thought this might be a good arena for finding out!

Ellas just turned 5 months a couple of days ago and has been sitting unaided for almost a week now.
Has only rolled back to front once (a couple of weeks ago).
Has brilliant hand-eye coordination sees something she wants, grabs at it and gets it first time every time.
No teeth yet.
No words yet (although lots of shouting and random noises!)
Doesn't much like tummy time so nowhere near crawling I reckon

Charley's 8 months and...
Started rolling front to back at 9 weeks
Rolled back to front at 16 weeks
Sat unaided 6 months
Slept 12 hours at 6 months
Started army crawling at 7 months
Says mummm when upset from 7 months
Got 1st tooth at 7 months

Funny how they are all so different!! Devon couldn't sit for one second if you paid him, doesn't recognise his name,

Devon slept through 6 hours at 6 weeks
He then slept through 8 hours at 8 weeks
He started smiling at 9 weeks
Started laughing at silly ready steady / hiding games at 4 months
Drinks by himself from a water beaker (we have to give it to him tho!) - 4 months
Can spin around 180 degrees while on back in cot or floor, causing travel to other end of cotbed if left long enougth from - 5 months
Can grab an object held for him from 4 months
Can continually grunt when he wants a moan! 4.5 months
Discovered the joys of Channel 5, 7am - toddler TV (while mum gets his porridge )at 4 months
Can roll to side (but not over), when on back - 5 months
Spends hours grabbing / holding both feet with hands - 5months
Can reach for something next to him on the floor - 5 months
Hates tummytime- lays flat and moans!!

Think he will follow my others and sit unaided at 8 months, (I have floppy babies) crawl at about 10 months and walk from 12 months - watch this space

Tegan started rolling front to back at about 3 months, back to front 5 months.
got her first tooth at 5 months (now 8 months with 5 teeth)
sat unsupported at 6 months,
said dada at 6.5 months, mama at 7 months and started saying nan nan last few days,
also just started army crawling x

Drake is 8 months + 3 weeks

Rolled over at 3 months ( i think)
Sat upsupported at 6 months
2 teeth at 6 months and 1 at the top poking through now
Says muma, dada, baba, tries to say other stuff but it all sounds the same lol
Claps hands 8 months
Stands holding on to furniture 8 months
Dances 8 months
Army crawls 8 months
Goes on all fours back to sitting up position 8 months


Cant think of anymore right now, i find he's doing loads of new things right now

It always amazes me how different babies do things at different times but all end up doing the same eventually!
Forgot a couple... Ella has slept 11 hrs from 4.5 months
Sucked toes 4 mths
Laughs at ready steady/123 games (and now many other things!) From 4 mths

Keep em comin ladies!
