Yes, I agree that a one syllable name would be good and think carrying down the name Mark is a great idea.

I don't really think Joel goes with Lacey tbh...the 'Ls' roll together so it sounds like Joe Lacey when said quickly. Saying that, a middle name isn't always used in that way. Just a thought
