Metallic Taste AFTER finishing breastfeeding..??

I am getting very paranoid.. I have the same metallic taste as when I found out I was pregnant but I have just finished breastfeeding my 5 and a half month old... AND I am on the pill!

I know that the metallic taste is the build up of that pregnancy chemical but isn't it also a build up of hormones.. ie. maybe I am not pregnant but its just a hormone build up cos I have stopped breastfeeding...

Cannot anyone help, anyone know anyone who this has happened to....?

I had the taste about 2 weeks before a pregnancy test went positive last time so will have to wait, do I stop the pill..

I am sorry I dont know what it could be apart from maybe you are pregnant?

Yes maybe stopping bfing has changed your hormones again but I would do a test just incase



Talk to your doc if your really concerned hunny
