I've got the advent one and tried it for first time yesterday, felt like a cow and only got a teaspoon out! Think I'm doing something wrong!

I have the tommee tippee pump, It get noiser the more you up the flow settings. When I first used it my nipple went purple. But I use it in a morning when lo is on one side and I put it on the other. It is a lot easier that the manual pump I used last time. X
