a few examples of lunches and dinners I give Lydia:
-scrambled egg or omelette (usually ham) with beans
-quiche with either salad and potatoes, or beans and potatoes
-tinned mackerel in tomato sauce chopped up and mixed into a bowl of pasta, and I also put a bit of chopped broccoli in there and grate some cheese and mix that in (I personally love this it's so yummy).
sausages or meatballs with spaghetti hoops
-cheese, ham, and sliced tomato on a slice of bread, and then pop the whole thing under the grill until the cheese is melted and the tomatoes are soft.
(once it's done, I wait until it's cool enough and then cut it into strips and she finger feeds herself them).
-pizza (if we're having it - we don't order a takeaway just for Lydia haha)
-proper dinners - like meat or chicken, mashed potatoes, veg, gravy
-corned beef hash and pancakes
(in fact, savoury pancakes are great to eat - just make pancakes and fill them with things like ham and cheese, or you can even put a fried egg and bacon in there, or anything really, they're very versatile).
-fish and chips (if we're having it)
-spaghetti bolognese
she eats pretty much everything we eat basically (okay if we're ordering a curry we don't give her that, but you know what I mean lol).
