maternity entitlement ???

as most of you know im on maternity leave still from having jamie my leave runs out at the end of october if im pg by then my doctor will sign me on sick as they think its not advisable for me to work next time as i will be highly stressed due to jamie dying and worrying it will happen again but as i will not have worked since march this year will i still be entitled to maternity leave again and maternity allowance???
anybody have any ideas??? xxxxxxxx

Hmm, tough one to answer Rach. Depends if you are actually getting any money from your employer at the minute, from what I can gather.

From what I can make out, even if your employer says you are not entitled to SMP from them, you can still claim Maternity Allowance from the job centre, and still keep your job - I think!
