Hi ladies
I have just got a tentative BFP (I'm just over 4wks). We were NTNP and today I've just started back at work after 2year career break to look after my lb. So have just been reading the guidance and I'll just about qualify for 26 weeks continuous service to get stat Mat pay. This is great but I've just panicked that they'll pro rata that as I'm only working 3 days a week. E.g. Would this mean I'd have to work 26 weeks worth of DAYS?! Therefore meaning id not hit 26 weeks before baby comes? Does this make any sense?!
Realise all work place policies are different but just looking for opinions if anyone can make sense of the above! xx
