I'd definitely recommend it. It's excellent!

OK, Pierce Brosnan can't sing, but the rest of the cast.......amazing. Who's the girl who plays the daughter? What a FAB voice she has!

I had 'Thank you for the Music' in my head for days afterwards :wall: :wall: :rotfl:

There's a cinema here that do a showing called 'the big scream' when you can take your baby with you so Mamma Mia was DD's first film at the cinema :D

This has got to be the best film I have seen in ages! :cheer: I could watch it over and over :D

Sophie is played by Amanda Seyfried apparently. I agree she has an amazing voice :D

We went last night and loved it - saw the stage show 18 months ago and was worried it wouldnt come close but it was excellent - DH has been telling everyone today about it.

The main reason we went is that our DD is working as a travel rep in Skiathos this summer where it is filmed..... due to preggie hormones I started blubbing in the scene where she was getting ready for her wedding and didnt stop till the end!! Think it was all too much as I am missing Han like mad.......

oh wow, its filmed in Skiathos then? i wondered where in Greece it was filmed.
we went to see Mamma mia last night, fed up with everyone raving on about it, thought me & Georgia would go & have a look for ourselves & well WOW what a film :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

One of my favorite films now, cant wait till it comes out on dvd. Just wanted to get up and sing and dance at the cinema.
