making an ovulation ticker

hi everyone could you help me i want to make an ovulation ticker i got it up but dont know how to activate it it says either bb code or htt something what do i have to do to make it happen i am not very good with computers and would really appreciate a step by step guide many thanks ..looking forward to really getting up and talking with you all and again thanks in advance..

If you've already made one, copy the BB code from the site where you made it, then on the forum click on User CP (top left), go to Edit Signature and paste the code into the box there
