Maca root.. Uterous too cold?

Quick couple of Questions;
1. Pre ovulation 97.50f and after 97.80/90 roughly... Too cold / not enough temp changes? How can i help this?
2. Red maca root... Any good what does it do? and if you currently use it can you link where buy from.. thanks

I've heard of maca root messing up people's cycles. To get your body temp up you can rink hot drinks and exercise. I don't know that these temps are too low...mine are quite low and the fertility doctor said they were fine. Nettle tea and red raspberry tea are good for your uterus. x
