I was thinking Kate could have left Arran with Sawyers ex that he had the baby with. She knew her before

I'm confused about Sayed, when he got onto the plane going back to the island with the other survivors. Was he under arrest? If so did he get arrested to get taken on that plane, or was it just a coincidence that he ended up there with the others on the plane? 
I think that the oceanic 6 and the people left on the island (sawyer, juliette etc) have gone back in time on the island now. I think they are on the island at a time when the Darma Initiative were still there and they are gonna meet Charlotte as a little girl. Maybe it was Jin who taught her korean?
I think when Charlotte was dying she suddenly remembered Daniel telling her not to go back to the island because he's going to meet her as a little girl in the next episode or so and will tell her then.
