Looking for advice .. 1 year after coming off cilest pill

Hi ladies. Posted in here a few times now feeling really down today and just looking for any advice. I came off cilest may 2016 now coming up to 1 year I have had 2 periods in 1 year (Dec 16 and March 17) I can't track ovulation as no regular cycle. I was on the pill for 10 years and periods were regular never any problems before the pill. I've been for a scan of ovaries etc and everything came back clear. Docs have now said as we have not been using contraception for 1 year I can be reffered to fertility clinic but my husband needs to be tested first so he's booked into doctors this week. Has anyone had any similar experiences ? Don't know what I can do to try and get regular cycles back xx

Hi there. I don't know whether this will help. I was on depo for 3 months and it messed up my cycle completely. I was spotting here and there but didn't have a proper period. I used evening primrose oil and agnus castus for 3 months straight and eventually started having regular periods. Now I only take it up until my fertile period.
