Little raised goosebump, spot type thingies??

Isaac has raised goosebumps on his chest, which are sort of like spots, tiny but you can feel them with your fingertips, does anyone have experience of this? It's not bothering him, just no idea why he has them

not sure really. Heat rash? Maybe a reaction to the washing powder?

As long as it's not bothering him and he has no other symptoms I wouldn't worry too much....

Tom had something like that when he was little and it was heat rash and dribble rash. It was slightly red.

About four weeks ago though, he got another rash which wasn't red, just raised goosebumps and turned out to be dry skin and allergy to lanolin.

I think ione has the same thing on her face, on both cheeks. I'm assuming it's a bad reaction to either a sponge I used the other day that had old soap on it or a sleeping bag i put her in that hadn't been washed before.
I showed it to the nursery nurse but she didn't seem too bothered by it, said it happens and a process of elimination will figure out what it is. I really hope it disappears soon though!

I did suspect heat rash but assumed heat rash would go after LO cooled down, but it's ALWAYS there
He doesn't have anything on his face, and I've not changed his washing powder which is Fairy and not used any product on him, so think maybe will check it with Doc or HV if its still visible in a week or so.
I hope he's not allergic to anything and in discomfort with it he doesn't appear to be, ggrrrrrrrrr little spot goosebump things
