Lindam door bouncer

I have a question for those who have the Lindam deluxe door bouncer!
I bought mine off ebay, and it looks perfectly fine. It came without instructions, but it looked pretty straightforward! now, today, while Maheen was in it, the blue strap just went down, and we were lucky DH and I were both next to her to we avoided a catastrophy, but I just would like to know how you put the strap so that it doesn't slide down! it looks quite dangerous to me, and I don't feel like putting maheen in it anymore!

You have to wrap it round the metal part a few times then it should hold ok. If you are already doing this I don't know what to suggest without seeing it sorry. Hope you get it sorted soon

Yeah you sort of have it looped through and back over itself. There are 2 holes in the metal bit and it has to go through both.

If you want tomorrow I will take a pic of how mine goes through it.
