Our shower packed up this morning, I've tried to contact the landlord but no joy so far. I've left him an e-mail so hopefully he'll look at it soon! I just wondered what was a reasonable time frame to give him to get in touch and then get it sorted?

Good question, our shower has decided to run Luke warm i cant stand a cold shower and our boiler keeps banging, we had to put it on timed to stop the noise ( sounded like someone drilling) and were still waiting and we rang about a month ago. We moved in here in march and were also still waiting for them to repair the celing artex stuff that they said when we moved in would be done then lol. Just pleased were moving next Monday

Fingers crossed you have better luck than us and I would keep ringing them

I've tried calling the agency, even though they don't manage it now we're in, but no answer from them either.
