Here's one that my BIL gave to me. I keep on the fridge...

Today I'll hold my babys hand
And take time to explore
The secrets of a babys world
Each moment I will store
For that same hand will wave goodbye
When baby days have passed
Today I'll hold my babys hand
For babies grow so fast.
