Well as you know we applied for a new house to rent, but the letting agency is dragging it out. We paid the 200 pound agents fee, they have done all the credit checks which have all come back great..... now im being told they have to contact the landlord... fair enough, but this has been dragged out for 2 weeks now and to top it off the house is still on the market and they are showing people round. I thought when you paid the agents fee that they put it under offer on the website and showroom?? Ive been told to just sit tight and wait

*stamps feet on floor* I want to move now!!

thats not really fair, I know when I rented my property when I left my ex they took ages getting the gas and elec certificates, so maybe that is what they are doing.
