had my 6 week post natal check, and asked doc when I can start exercising again after my section..
She said to do very gentle exercising for now e.g walking..but no abdo work for SIX MONTHS!
This is the bit I need to lose..my mummy tummy!
How am I gonna work on it if I cant bloody do any exercises for it?
Any one have any tips? Would be much apprieciated!
