jealous!!

ive just realised that i am jealous of my cat!!
my cat gave birth 2 five gorgeous kittens a week ago and she doesnt look any different she is bk to her slim silky self!!!!!

it must b the pregnancy hormones i cant possibly be jealous of my cat!!!

she did also have to go through it all 5 times... think she deserves a treat. when my cat had kittens she howled with some of the chubbier little tom cat kittens... so i forgave her for getting her figure back

dont they make motherhood look so easy!!!

my mums cat just 5 kittens too! i thought how lucky she was that she didnt have to wait 9 months for her babies!

But mum said she looked really worried when she was having the first kitten, but after that she knew what she was doing. and it made me realise at least we get to know whats coming and ask for pain relief!

I find myself getting jealous over animals having babies!
There were newborn (literally hours old) sealions when i went to longleat and they made me want mine!
And i've also taken to watching roar and zoo days, on one this dear type animal (not sure of its exact name) gave birth whilst it was walking around eating grass, i mean come on how unfair is that!! Somehow i cant imagine me walking around happy as larry having a munch whilst my baby falls outta me!!!
And tonight i found out that elephants can delay labour if they decide the time or place isnt right for it!!

God was not kind to us humans when he created childbirth!!!
