I've got a letter from hospital

Basically it's booked me in with the Obstetric Radiology Team for a Maty Scans Rmc.
Does anyone know what this is?
We have been told we are getting extra heart checks for baba because of all the probs we've had! I'm going to be about 17 weeks for this appt.

Could be a cardiac scan, I've had one at 19 weeks and should be having another at about 32 weeks - although they've booked me in when I'm 29 weeks. Just a precaution for me as it's a high risk pregnancy but so far so good. I had to go to a different hospital for this though, I went to a specialist fetal medicine Dept. I would call and ask so you know what they will be checking for. Xxx

RMC stands for Reproductive Medicine Centre so sounds like it's a more detailed ultrasound xxx

O wow thank you. We had all our tests done at another hospital but this one is back at my original one.
