Its Back !!

Well for the past few days the sickness has returned with an absolute vengeance cant keep anything down, all Ive had is water all day trying to keep myself hydrated but along with that today Ive been getting really bad pains right along the bottom of my back Im struggling to get comfortable or move properly just wondering if this is something thats normal before I panic ???
