For the last few days I have been feeling something but I am not quite sure, the only way I can describe it is like a buzzing in my tummy!!!

Has anyone else felt this?

Hi Tracey!

Awww! It does sound like your little man! :cheer: They'll get stronger and more frequent from here, it's all so exciting! xx

Does it feel a bit like pins and needles or a bit of a sort of numb buzzing in places? If so, I've been feeling the same and wondering the same!

Hiya.
I had them too and I asked the nurse when I was getting some blods done last week and she said it is definatley the baby.

I don't like the feeling but I guess that is only becuase it is a new feeling - I will learn to love it hehehehe

Yes I feel them too - that definately is your LO. Sometimes I feel like I am in the sea riding the wave - thats the feeling I get when LO is moving about...weird huh!

My DH asked me to describe it the other day and the only way I could describe it was 'it's like something is moving around in m tummy' :rotfl:

I like the description of feels like riding a wave..... it's a very strange sensation and I wasn't sure I liked it at first either but I am getting to love it and look forward to it happening now.

WOW! What an exciting thing to be feeling - will be wonderful when that starts to happen with my DW.

It sounds like baby moving as the movements get stronger it will be more obvious that those light feelings your getting are actually baby, it can feel abit weird at first and I also find certain movements feel abit odd when she does somesaults (or Im guessing thats what shes doing) it can feel really strange) but I love feeling her kick now and its so reasuring!

Leanne different people feel baby move at different times your baby could be tucked at the back where its harder to feel movements or something some people don't feel movements before 22 weeks its early yet! Try lying down quiet for 10 minutes with no tv or anything on just lie there and relax and pay attention to your body and you may feel something, this is how I felt baby for first time, when your rushing round and doing things you tend to miss the very subtle first movements taking the time to chill out and feel for them can help, I also find our little girl kicks loads more when I eat something cold, sugary or wear wear tighter trousers or lie on my front, I think in protest to being squashed bless her!

don't worry hun its early for you if its your first- i only felt hayden at 19-20 weeks started off with little flutters that could be mistaken for wind- then get stronger until you have no doubt its bubba giving a good kick! :)
