I feel like complete crap, my back hurts so bad, I had enough discharge or fluid leak out to go thro my underwear and pants to the outside of my pants and shooting pains in my lower back and I feel so neasous and my entire body hurts

Sounds like things are getting a move on.
The days leading up to labour I felt so tired, had some leaking on and off, started to loose bits of plug and had a lot of pressure in my back and bum.
Unless you know your waters have gone (call midwife if they have asi think you will need to deliver within 24 hours), or you are feeling contractions increasing in pain and frequency, just rest as much as you can.
I highly recommend sleeping through as much of labour as you can in the early faze if you haven't just got up. I slept through them 11.30pm-5am (each contraction woke me) and only decided to get up and make hubby aware when they were getting unbearable.
That way we both had plenty of rest before storm ahead and it made labour and first night with a newborn easier as I wasn't over tired.
Good luck, and enjoy your new born when they arrive!! :)

Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to me! I am thinking he will come this weekend... I just don't see how I can feel this way much longer and not actually go into labor lol there's too much going on to not go onto labor soon... I just don't want to get my hope's up!

I would speak to the midwife. With my second baby all I had was back pain didn’t get actual contractions till later. Worth seeing if your waters have gone. When they do go. They do keep going so have you lost anymore fluid ?
Sounds like things aren’t moving. Good luck xx

I have lost more fluid... but it's not a lot, it's enough to notice and to have to change my underwear but not bigger than like a 2 inch spot on it... I just don't want to be in labor and not realize it.. I wasn't having contractions with my one son but had my "bloody show" and when I went to the hospital they were going to discharge me until they checked me and realized I was 6cm dilated!

You should call your midwife. She will be the best person to give you advice.

I’d contact your midwife. It’s alwya best to err on caution not that I think there’s anything wrong. Your waters may have gone and just be a trickle. X
