is it nappy rash?

my baby has a tiny resd spot around is anal area .. it doesnt look like a nappy rash i guess,,just a little red sport around his anus..the pediatrician told me its normal and use a zinc based cream which i used initially and still using..

Do you do nappy off time at all? Let some fresh air get on his skin there each day.

I'd not worry overly about it tbh. Babies get this sort of thing. Mine occasionally has a spot or two there but it clears up soon enough. I use Calendula lotion only on his skin.
