Is it just the cold or a bad stomach flu?

Please help girls. I'm about to tear my hair out.

For the past 2 days our little man has been really grumpy and showing signs of having a bad cold but today he has been really sick and has had a few watery poos.

At first I thought that it was just him getting rid of the phlem (sp) but no I'm not so sure. He is really sick. More than ever before and he has bad reflux. He hasn't eaten anything different so I know it's not that.

Could it be a stomach flu instead of just a cold? What other symptoms should I be looking for?

the only things I can think to look out for is making sure he is peeing, trying to get him to drink and his temp.
If you dont think he is drinking the pharmacy can give you rehydration sachets. Never used them but Ive heard of them.

I would say that his nappies aren't as wet as they usually are. He still seems to be drinking and doesn't seem to have a temp. xxx
