I am nowhere near as bad as i was in Tri 1 but I still don't seem to have any energy. Doing the smallest of tasks takes it out of me still.

I am off to London this weekend and I know it will take me days to recover and i will need to take naps during the day to last the whole evening.

Maybe I need some different foods in my diet.

Ok, that is my moan over for now

Im still tired all the time too, and now to make matters worse - I am not sleeping great. Think I will try and improve my diet and see if it helps! More greens required!!

yep im still tired lots not has bad as first tri but still could just sleep most places if you let me :D

as i work 11 hrs every day... by lunch time i am absolutely knackered.... i go home and am in bed by 8pm.... but i am still tired everyday.. its not going away.... i've never slept so much in my life... i'm the type of person who can normally last on 4 hrs of sleep a nite.. - its quite annoying not being able to get my normal tasks of the day done.... my house is looking such a pigsty at the moment...

I had a few good weeks of feeling pretty energetic from about 17 wks - 20 weeks. The past 5 weeks I have been absolutley knackered all the time. Had full blood check done, including thyroid levels and all looks fine. I was so tired yesterday I went to bed at 6pm and didn't wake up until 7am !! (Apart from 3 trips to the loo ..).

usually just after tea time i get tired, once i start to relax,

some days i could sleep on a washing line.....

I still feel tired but nowhere near as bad as first tri.

Still being sick though :puke:

I guess you can't have it all :rotfl:

Definately! I can't believe ho much i can sleep, even when i've hardly been doing anything!

I dont get sleepy in the afternoon any longer so i don't have the urge to go to bed, instead ive had little bouts of energy and have been out and about doing stuff that i totally ignored throughout first tri.. Am just realising that that is a BIG mistake as i could hardly walk last night with ligament pains over all the sudden activity!! Need to slow it down a tad again i think!

Some days I'm really tired, some days I'm fine. But it's nowhere near as bad as it was in first tri. Then I was usually in bed somewhere between 6pm and 9pm. Now it's more like 10pm, which is a huge improvement, and it's been closer to 11pm some nights recently. I do wish that maternity leave started much earlier sometimes, though, as it would be nice just to be able to flop when I need to etc.

I'm not tired anymore - feel very normal actually! But I am sleeping pretty badly so I end up sleeping well from 6, when alarm goes off for OH, till about 9.30 (I'm a teacher on school hols!) which means that I can't get to sleep at bedtime so have another bad nights sleep. Maybe need to set alarm even in the holidays so I get up at 7.30...
