Inofolic?

Been to the clinic today and they had a leaflet for inofolic which is meant to greatly help ladies with PCOS. The nurse that I saw was on it and said she had lost a little bit of weight but didn't feel any different but she did say she'd only been on it for a month.

Anyone any experience?

I've never heard of it but would be interested to know how you get on. Can you get a prescription for it on the NHS? I've used the supplement inositol which hasn't really had an effect.

It has that in it! My clinic gave me a box of 30 sachets as a sample. You can buy them on amazon though.

Apparantly some women swear by it and for others it takes longer to kick in (the box does say up to 3 months)

Oh right! That's interesting. I take them both separately so fx the same effect!? Hasn't been 3m for me yet though so will persevere!
