im so scared

what is this pain i am having in my lower left side? Its like a bad period pain and its dragging and hurting so bad like i am goign to hve af any second?
I am 9 weeks today...

i have had af pains on and off all pregnancy and esp in left like ovary pain.r

i think if you have no bleeding it is ok but speak to your midwive, maybe u can get an early scan just to be on safe side?
