I thought i'd try do some window shopping in town today to get me out of the house. OMG it was awful i could barely walk and the pain it caused was unreal, so i think thats me done now until LO arrives xxx

Feeling like that is awful isn't it? My spd has got so bad now that I don't want to leave the house because it's unbearable to walk. My mum was going to come over to mine with the dogs so we could go out for a quick walk, but I decided against it because even with my crutches it can get too much! And I'm only 33+2... When I found out I was pregnant I really thought I'd be up and about for a bit longer than this! Not surprising that I got SPD though, I've had back problems and a knee condition since I was 11, so this was bound to happen!

Try to stay positive Not too long and you'll have your LO!

Yeah i have SPD. I had it mainly in my hips and pelvis but it has not gone to my back
I have had back and hip problems myself from when i was younger myself but i'd never heard of SPD until i got it x

I hadn't heard of it either until I was house hunting and the letting agent said his daughter had it. But I was about 24 weeks then and was living in a dream world that nothing would happen to me!

Can't wait to get LO out and then hopefully my body will get back to it's only mildly painful self!!

haha i was the same, thinking illbe fine throught this pregnancy and ive had every stupid lil thing you can get.
