i think i'v been had... can anyone help

its only a little thing but its really annoying...

nearly 2 weeks ago (29 april) after merrily shopping online for stockings, the store i buy from usually had these particular ones i wanted, but none in stock. so i did a froogle search for the product, thinking well i'll just get those from another store.

i found them on uk-lingerie.com and i thought yay as they had some in and p&p was free. the confirmation email i got was from speakeasy distribution, it said "thankyou for ordering from one of our websites".

well, i STILL havent received my stockings, i emailed them on may 4th- hav not had a reply- and when i'v tried foneing them it goes to the ansamachine

they'v taken my bloody six pounds! what can i do?

i just had a quick look on the website and it states in the terms up to 14 days for delivery, so they may be with you soon....if they're not with you by 14 days then keep leaving messages till someone calls you back.
