for 9 months i'v been using "i'm pregnant" as my excuse for being forgetful, ditzy, clumsy, lazy, ANYTHING lol, and for the past 9 days my excuse is "i'v just given birth!" but i dont kno how long i can keep it up for! any suggestions?!

LOL baby brain
I'm still daft from Emily and Jack!!!

Baby Brain (instead of Pregnancy brain!!)

Or just tell them the truth: You try cooking, cleaning, errands etc with a young demanding baby that also needs complete care and supervision!!

You'll still have loads of hormones floating around anyway, won't you? Especially if you're breastfeeding. I'm sure you can use that.

Oh a thought on that hormones point....it takes a year for your body to get back to normal after pregnancy/childbirth and people tend to forget that - they fuss over you while pregnant and then all attention is on the newborn, Mum needs fuss/attention too - you have a year to use your just had a baby "excuse" because in my opinion it's completely plausable.

you will still be thick for about a year..

i forgot how stupid u get when ur preggo.. said to my mum.. oh god im gonna be stupid for 2 years again..

I'm still completely dizzy now, in fact more so! It gets worse the more kids you have!
Welcome to the world of the airhead!

:rotfl: :rotfl:

Id say your brain has turned to fluff since having melissa and the shock of giving birth as well! Does take a good 6 months to get rid of all your horm ones and if your breastfeeding that can do some funny things too!
