 little tinker. Have you tried just butternut squash on its own? Its quite sweet so may prefer that.
Jamie always screws his face up when he tries something new, but will always eat it up without fuss after a few mouthfulls, I always say to him its yummy & pretend to eat some, I think he thinks it must be ok then!

I would defo recommend butternut squash or sweet potatos.

If you can be fussed mucking about with cutting and peeling the squash you can get it ready prepared just for you to cook yourself.

I would also say try adding some baby rice to the carrot and swede mix that Alfie screwed his face up at.... will make it taste a bit creamier for him.

haha love that face they make!!! its bloody food boy!!! :rotfl:

Ellis hates carrots (the easiest thing to make) but loves butternut squash with pear and sweet potato with ciniman (sp) and sweet potato with leek.

Butternut squash is like pumpkin inside but it looks like... shaped a bit like a pear but lot bigger! bugger to make.... but my tip is cut it up and steam with skin on... let cool then scoop the flesh out.

good luck
