I wasn't expecting that to happen. It was only a little wee and I was laughing a lot because my husband walked into a door in a shop.

Is this going to be a regular thing now that I've started expanding????

Invest in panty liners. It will be worth it.

Sneezing, laughing, coughing, hell even if I walk down the stairs sometimes and LO is squishing my bladder it happens.

Perfectly normal though. Keep doing your pelvic floor exercises on and off during the day

Oh I feel your pain ladies lol It's horrible - I've got a weak bladder anyway so being pregnant is just making it worse!

I had loads of bags the other day and when I bent down to get my car keys out of my bag I wet myself a bit!

Oh dear... Joys of pregnancy ay! All worth it I guess! xx
