I keep getting a stitch?

sorry for all the threads today guys..I know it aint all about me me me heehee

I keep getting a stitch, its really uncomfortable and always on my left side.

Im sitting at my desk just now (working at the same time as typing obviously) and I have another stitch.

Any idea why??

I get one a lot too - mainly when I am walking but even if I am walking slowly and only for a little bit - it goes away after a while. I dont know what causes them so I cant help you there
