well after harriet was having worse reflux on breast milk to formula and sleeping all day and awake all night. HV suggested we went onto formula so we did and things improved... we still breast feed in evening and when she needed a mummy dummy.

this last week shes decided she no longer likes to use bottles i was really worried as going from 1 boob feed a day to exclusive seems impossible but...... after loads of frustration and faffing baby and lots of expressing ive managed to relactate and go back to exclusive breastfeeding

im soooooo happy about this and feel really proud,, sorry just had to shout about it.
