I decided for this cycle i would not keep track of anything as each and every month im getting more and more upset so i decided i need break and i need to get back to having fun in the bedroom lol thing is though although i dont know when i ovulated or when af is due i cant help symptom spotting!!! (.)(.)s have been so so painful this week and i never get this also ive had sort of a cramping feeling that feels a bit like something pulling inside and this feeling isn't an af feeling either!

anyone else feeling this? is it a good sign?

I know what you mean about symptom spotting even when you don't keep track or know for sure you did anything at the right time
