i feel soooooooooo Lucky x

hey girls!
i'm feeling so lucky and happy i wanted to share with you all! somemay know(some may not) that i work in NHS hospital Nursery, so i look after quite a few Midwifes babies and toddlers... well one of the mums who i am good friends with has taken over my Ante-natal care ( and just so hapens to be the manager of the baby unit)... well... i had my 1st appointment with her as my m/w today, and it was sooooo great! i felt so comfortable and relaxed!

to top it all off, she was very cheeky and went and got one of the mobile scanners!
she done a scan on me for ages and we had a real good look at the baby and he is defo defo defo a boy!!!! awwww hes so gorgeous and was moving about so much! kicking and punching and shaking his toshi! hehe

just before she turned off the scanner, he went really still, and peacefull and then we saw him put his thumb in his mouth! IT WAS AMAZING!!!!

awwww i cant wait to meet our little monkey! i love him so much already!!!!

Wow you lucky thing That is so great having another look at your little boy

Even though the sonographer zeroed in on Oscar's willy and said 'Well yes, that is definitely a boy' whilst looking in admiration at my OH, I keep thinking I'd like another look just to check we weren't imagining it

Aw that's lovely hun! Sounds like a great midwife you've got and what a job perk!

Still gutted that's my scan over with, NHS up here can only afford to give us the 12week one

Will have to try and get a job in the hospital x

Glad you feel so comfortable with her, it's brilliant that you have a good relationship with your middy!

You are lucky, healthy little boy! It's great to have extra reassurance, even when you think you don't need it, to see him again must have been fantastic...

Mine's a thumb sucker too so I'm stocking up on dummies! xx
