I just feel so ill these past few days. It's like being back at the beginning of the pregnancy again when I felt too tired and sick to get off the sofa!

At present I feel sick, have bad heartburn, have period pains and backache, get a horrible uncomfortable feeling down below when I try and walk and I'm knackered!

I really want to clean the bathroom this afternoon but I just can't get the energy together! I feel so useless! My OH is always moaning about me being lazy and not doing anything. He doesn't seem to understand how rubbish I feel at the moment.

I'm sure I didn't feel this bad at the end of my first pregnancy, the first period pains I felt were the morning labour started. I wish Logan would hurry up and come out. My bodys broken!
I had to go to sleep kneeling up, slumped oversome pillows last night cos it was so uncortable lying down! :wall: :wall:

Sorry for the rant, I just feel really annoyed and frustrated today.

oh hun, I hope Logan hurries up too, you sound in a bit of a state! :? bless ya, OH should be helping you not moaning Grrrrr

Perhaps as you feel so shite he wont be long

I know how you feel, i've had loads of days like this recently.

And as for the men, they just don't understand do they? My OH is of the opinion that I sit at home having a jolly every day! I really wish they could swap, if only for a day

I feel loads better today though, actually managed to get some sleep last night, rather than lying awake all night. I am actually starting to feel normal again.

Maybe its just a few off days and you'll feel a bit better soon.

Thanks girls

My midwife just called and said she's left one of the maternity unit tens machines at the clinic for me to pick up. Think I might take a walk down there now to pick it up. James could do with getting out of the house as well. Hopefully the fresh air might help me feel a bit better :)

I can completely sympathise with you

I can't remember feeling this bad at the end of my last pregnancy at all, I feel lazy and so cumbersome walking around. I daren't leave the house in case anything happens while I am out and I just feel like I am trapped at home all the time. I have had lots of visitors but it's not the same as getting out. I haven't cooked a proper meal for weeks, luckily my mam has been coming round and cooking for us but omg when is this gonna end :wall:

Hope the tens machine helps you out a bit and the fresh air does you good and remember you will be more tired this time as you also have James to look after

Awwww

Sorry its not the greatest time for you atm. Sometimes men seem to miss exactly what we are going through (although I have to say my OH has been a gem throughout, but he does joke about my whinging on occasion  ).

And I can totally understand your lack of sleep problem. Its a cow isn't it. And the man next to us just snoozes on while we are there in pain and unable to sleep properly. Do what I do sometimes, wake him up to share with him :rotfl: My OH is like a stunned slug but I figure if I can't sleep then neither can he. He can keep my misery company

If I did that I'd be in SO MUCH TRUB!

I just lie there in pain and uncomfortable for hours on end. GREAT! And usually just as I'm dozing off I get yet another Braxton-Hicks :wall:

Seems like we're all having a rough time of it at the moment. Muppetmummy I really sympathise with you, it sounds like you're in quite a lot of discomfort

thanks :D

Went for my waddle to the clinic and took James to the park. It didn't do my backache any favours but I'm feeling much more cheerful now :D
It's a lovely sunny day today so it was nice to get out in the fresh air.
I think having my house upside down isn't helping me to feel good mentally. Sleeping on the sofa bed is really uncomfortable and every room is a tip. We have no wardrobes until OH builds the new one's, so our clothes, James' and the babies are piled everywhere! It's a bombsite!
OH says it will be sorted by the weekend

I feel a bit more relaxed knowing I've got my tens machine now, in case anything happens!

a big SNAP

i was exactly the same last night, burst into tears was so sore and uncomfortable....i think i might try lying forward over pillows, i resorted to the ball at 5 in the morning...!

not long for us both now

I'm getting majorly stressed about the amount of work that still needs doing in the house. It really does get you down doesn't it?

Not much longer to go now for you though. Hang in there hun!
