Hi everyone, strange question: I am 13 weeks today, do I now move from here to the 2nd tri? I am nervous!!! Also do I stop taking my folic acid today? Should I have one or not? I am being dummy mummy again!
You don't necessarily need to stop the folic acid, no harm in continuing it....i have switched over to pregnacare, and that contains folic acid. You're not being a dummy mummy
