very quick post girls.
had a gorgeous baby boy friday 15 th sept (on his due date!!!) 11.52 pm.
8 lb 5 oz, lots of dark hair.
went to hosp to be checked turns out i was 4 cm dilated then!!

will come back on soon with an update & pictures, took loads, seen there were other births on friday too, wow we had a busy day!!

had 2 nights in hosp as he swallowed meconium after pooing inside me during the birth, they had to get him out quickly.
hes ok now, a bit mucusy & not feeding great,, but improving, hes gorgeous.
no name yet, thought about all you girls while i was in.

It sounds like my third labour. I went in for a check up and i was 5 cm dilated and they only had to give me a quick sweep and i was on my way So glad it went smoothly for you.

Can I ask, why did you have to get a sweep done if you were already dialated to 5 cm?
