how to break a latch?

Hello,

Probably a weird question- how do you stop your baby whilst feeding? I have noticed Molly has started to comfort suck, & I want to try to stop this. The trouble is, I have no idea how to get her off- I can;t just pull her off, as she seems to clamp her gums down when I move her! :S

When I want to take Aaron off I press down on my boob under his mouth then pull him away

I used to put a tip of my pinky in to break the vacuum
