Apparently to met adoption targets, babies are being removed from their birth parents needlessly. Why the heck do they have adoption targets anyway? I just don't think that's the sort of thing you should have targets on, because it should up to the parents if they want to put their child up for adoption (except in extreem circumstances where its best for the child to be adopted)
