I'm just sooo tired :( I could cry at the thought of work tomorrow. I find myself yawning all day. I just can't concentrate and find myself making such silly mistakes. Anyone else finding work really tough right now? X

I've been doing ok but been taking quite a bit of leave so not always done full weeks. But I have douse concentrating difficult, and motivation. Luckily the guy taking over from me is doing the important stuff now, also.....last week coming up now!! And it's a four day week so I really can't complain!

Make sure you're not over doing though, need to take it a bit easy and ask for help if needed

Thanks hun, appreciate your reply. That's great you only have one week left! Can't wait to finish up, just seems so far away just now! I'm sure I didn't find it so tough first time round!..probably age lol :)

I could of written that post myself, Claire.

I have no idea how I'm going to get through the next 4 weeks, by lunchtime I just want to go home and not return!

Pretty tired and I find my head isn't in work and I can't concentrate of anything! I will be working until mid June so 36 weeks ish then go part time! Can't wait! X

Struggling tbh. Ive got my replacement starting today so hopefully he will take some of the workload off me.
Got 2 x staff to train and there's still 5 weeks until I start my maternity leave.

Lots of sad faces :( x

Not very well is the answer to that question! I have 6weeks till i start maternity! Was going to wait till 38wks - glad i changed my mind. Im exhausted, uncomfortable and just generally dont want to be here :(
Xxxx

Not doing too badly yet. I'm struggling a bit with rib and back pain now but it's bearable. Finishing at 37 weeks so I've got just over 7 weeks left, which seems ages but I think it'll go really quickly, I hope! I'm not working a full week in May due to bank holidays and annual leave and then I've just got 3 weeks left in June before I finish, so I'm focusing on that! xx

I finished yesterday at 34weeks, I feel like I could have gone on for another couple of weeks if my shifts weren't so long (14hours) and my job didn't need me to be on my feet all day. Although I have noticed that this last week and a half everything seemed harder - walking, sleeping, getting up etc... And I totally lost my brain right from the beginning too ;)

Popping over form Tri 2, I will be watching this thread!

I work in an office and sit on my butt all day... was planning to leave at 38 weeks? I am interested to read what you ladies say in this thread, and I may change my mind!

I work in an office too and spend the majority of my time sat down. I thought this would be a good thing but the rib pain I get from sitting down so much isn't great. I wouldn't want to be on my feet all day either though! It's nice if you can have a balance and have time away from your desk to have a little walk xx

Im in an office aswell. I have SPD which makes sitting at a desk painfull. Also my office is already like a greenhouse! I leave in 6weeks - 5weeks on friday and it could not come sooner!!!! Im flagging!!!! Xxx

Thank you Ladies! I really will think about it... Good thing about my work is that I can really get up and walk about as much and as often as I want. I hope they would allow me to leave earlier than 38 week if I wasn't managing! I mean, they can't stop me, right? ;)

Unfortunately I'm not :( I am 29 weeks and have just been signed off work for the next month ( I have already been signed off for 4 weeks previously) with stress and low mood, all triggered by work. I have suffered from depression in the past and the doctors dont want me to be in a stressful environment.
I have huge respect for all you Mummy's who are working and wish I was too.

I feel like I am back in Tri 1 but with a bump getting in the way. I could so just put my head down on the desk and have a nap at about 1pm everyday. I have 4 weeks left but only 16 working days. It cannot come quick enough though. I would much prefer to be pottering around at home and getting last minute bits done as my focus really isn't on work. Not helped by not having a lot to do at the minute work wise and therefore thinking it is waste of my time.

I have a desk job too but also have SDP and rib pain, find myself trying to recline and stretch out all day. Find it really uncomfortable sitting down but on the flip side glad I ain't on my feet as I'd be moaning then too lol x

I was signed off last month with really bad pelvic/hip pain plus I have gestational diabetes which is getting harder to manage so have come back to work as a phased return, doing 8.30-12.30 mon to fri til I finish 29th May. I am sooo tired though and find I come home for lunch, have a nap then it's time to get the boys from school
