How do i stop her!!!!

the past week or so beth keeps putting her fingers down her throat til she gags

any ideas how i can stop her?

shes got a cold at the moment but thats only been the last few days and she has been doing this for about a week

the thing is she does it which makes her gag and then she gets all upset coz it has made her gag yet she still does it again

my daughter does this, god knows why, i was worried but i think its them experimenting, they have found something new, i wouldn't worry hun xxxxxxxxx

oh amy u dont know how much better that makes me feel knowing she isnt the only one that does it. it was really starting to get me down especially when she started gagging im hoping she will get bored of it soon and find something else new to do, hopefully not something horrible though
