How do I find a private doctor???

Girls I am pregnant ! So happy

I've decided not to wait on NHS and go private during first 3 months.

Clinics around me only offer scans, but I want to do other tests not scans.

I want to check progesterone, iron levels and hemoglobin. Where do I go?

I found a private hospital rear me and they have Gynaecology dept, do you think I should go there?

Just wanted to say congratulations and the best of luck!

Not sure on the private hospital front, the private hospitals round me don't really cater for it. Maybe a fertility clinic, or the private scan places can sometimes do the blood tests, etc.

Congratulations. Hemaglobin and iron are the same thing which is checked regularly. You can pay to do your bloods and a scan separately, just google where the nearest place is to have that done and quite often you'll find the pricing too. If the local private hospital is closest just ring them for prices x

Congratulations hun x x x (sorry no advice my hubby is with bupa and gets some family cover with that thanks to his job but I've no idea!) I tried looking up private things when I was still having my recurring mcs and was going to pay for tests privately then and there are a few private fertility hospitals near me I would have called. Who may help x

I found a private clinic. They offer iron tests, hcg and progesterone tests. They also do scans. So I will go there.

I also take aspirin 75 mg, fertility doc told me to take it and take a small dose of iron.

I'm good x Def get you're iron checked I got diagnosed with an iron loading disorder when pregnant and there hasn't been any official tests but an abnormallunch high amount of people with the gene disorder also report multiple losses. So get them to check the saturation level as well as the actual level! My rainbow is having a nap right now and it still feels like a dream! Don't forget your folic acid!
