How do I chart...?

Well, I am more than certain that I ov'd during my period now because today I had a teeny bit of brown spotting and I have worked out that, if I did ov during my period, then I would be due on tomorrow - 14 days after I think I ov'd. I have slight cramps and a bit of stringy cm, so I think AF is on her way. Either that or I'm ov'ing now (though I got a negative opk) and that's what the stringy cm is, or (long shot here!) it's implantation bleeding, but I doubt I am that lucky!!

So, cos I am 99 per cent certain my ov'ing is all over the place, I am going to start charting my temps etc but, would one of you lovely ladies tell me where I start and what I need to do?! I have ordered my bbt thermometer, hopefully it will be here by the end of the week.

Hi Kel. The best thing to di is open an account with fertility friend (under my post) and use them to chart.
You must take your temp 1st thing in the morning before you move from your bed. Let hubby turn the alarm off while you lay still taking your temp. Try to do it roughly the same time every morning too.

Thanks hun, that's really helpful - I'll set it up when I get my thermometer. Do I need to start at the beginning of my cycle or can I just start it whenever so I can get an idea of my temps?
