How do I add pics?!

Hi Ladies, as Isabella is 4 weeks old I thought it was about time I changed my ticker for a pic of her, now I am slightly less of a zombie than a week ago, but I can't remember at all how to do it! Please help! Bear in mind my brain is now mush so a step by step wouldn't v helpful! Xxxx
