hot and sleepy

Anjali isn't herself today - she's been sleeping all day. she would normally only have had a 20min nap by now but she's been asleep pretty much the last 4 hours. She also feels hot. She doesnt seem in pain but wakes and frets if i put her down, as soon as i pick her up she flops onto me and goes back to sleep.

dont know if this is her way of fighting a cold cos she has a slight snuffle? should i just let her sleep it out?

Have you checked her temp? If its high maybe give her some calpol or nurofen just to bring it down a bit.

There seems to be a nasty cold virus going round, Calleigh has it and it has really knocked her for six.

im not sure i just went to buy a thermometer but the chemist didnt have any i gave her some calpol anyway and she's not quite so hot now but still sleepy

just let her sleep it out hon - whatever it is, sleep will be one of the best cures
