hey girls its haydens appointment at great ormond street tomorrow
or should i say today its at 3 oclock! so fingers crossed!!

hey girls thanks for the good luck

Haydens fine..for those who missed it he has hypospadias
which means his uretha (tube you wee through)
is too short and the hole is in the wrong place..
not on the end of his willy but underneath!!

anyway they said he needs a small operation to move the hole
and patch up the old one..they'll also circumcise him as his foreskin isnt fully formed as a result!! he'll have the op when hes 6 months old.
its a 90 min op, he'll stay in 24 hours and then have a catheter for 7 days so i'm sure it will all be fine..the doctor reassured me that its a small op and he'll recover fine and hopefully have no further problems so i'm fine with it!!

haha forgot to add...they weighed and measured him (which hadnt been done for 3 weeks and i was shocked..hes 61cms..2 feet long!! and 13lbs 7oz he!!
