ive just finished writing a letter to my work saying i want to take some of my unpaid mat leave, and ive just relised ive got 24 days holiday this year, and 8 days carried over from last year. I will only need to work around 30 days this year by the time i go back to work!!

What would you do, have every monday and friday off, having only 3 days as you working week, or have lots of week long holidays?

(ive still go to go back to my work and see what they will let me do though )

Well only 30 days sound good.!!!!! With where i work pretty much everyone has monday or friday off so although we aren't expecting yet i think it would be hard for my manager to agree to this. I have always like the idea of having wednesday off as you only ever work 2 days before you have a day off! Guess we would have to be in that position before deciding but i guess you can only talk to your work and see what they say, good luck hope you get what you want
